Shipping & Returns


All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service and order processing to shipping can take roughly 5-8 business days (not including orders with seasonal colors or custom garments which may take longer to produce).


Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me.  If you experience any issues, here is how I can help:

Contact the office via email: 

Include in your email the reason for your dissatisfaction and the product details for which you would like to return or replace.

Unopened items in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange (refund does not include shipping costs).  Items that are opened or worn must be laundered and returned within 30 days so that I can contact the manufacturer regarding a remedy option for the garment. 


Returns are reviewed on a case by case basis.

Returns are not available for custom garments and seasonal colors.  However, replacement options may be considered.
